What we collect

When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, and a description of your project. We also record the date and time of the submission, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string to help us identify spam and abuse.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained for a limited time and are not used to build profiles of individual visitors.

How we use it

We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. ASP.NET may set a technical cookie required for the form to function. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the font files are requested.

Retention

Quote requests are kept in our email system for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our business correspondence. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing the address above.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are delivered to us by email over an encrypted connection to our mail server. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please don't include sensitive information such as passwords or financial account numbers in the form.

Your choices

You can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
